Course Description

The Swiftwater and Flood Rescue Technician Instructor (SRTI) pathway is designed for emergency services personnel or rescue training professionals who will be teaching clients who need a swiftwater and flood response capability.

Duration

​

The Swiftwater and Flood Rescue Technician Instructor training course is 5 days in total with an extra 3 days required for the assessment and the qualification lasts for two years.Candidates are expected to further develop their personal skills and knowledge between their training and assessment courses, following an individual action plan outlined in the training course debrief.

River Dee, Llangollen, North Wales and River Tryweryn, Bala, North Wales.

Cost

​

£1675 per person. (This includes both the training and assessment)
